If there is a fault with the product please contact us within 14 days of purchase and send through a photo of the issue. If there is a fault with the candle you can choose between a refund or replacement.
Please note, there are no refunds for not following the candle care instructions found in each product. These are very important and necessary for the candle to burn correctly. If you do not burn your candle as instructed or place it in an unsuitable location that affects the burn quality, no refund will be issued.
