Refund policy

Exchanges
We do our best to keep our customers happy so please contact us within 7 days of receipt or purchase. You will need to provide proof of purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of all postage.

Refunds
If product is faulty a full refund or placement will be given. If you have not read the candle care instructions and have not burnt the candle correctly there will be no refund. Please send through a photo of the fault so we can determine if it is user error. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as clearance items and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
