Stock & Shipping Update

Due to Covid 19 raw materials are extremely hard to come by and this is having a negative effect on stock levels. You will notice some products are low or out of stock. At present I am trying my hardest to get my hands on raw materials but it is proving very difficult. Not only are oils out of stock, so too are jars, lids and wax. My supplier informs me that they hope to have more stock in by Sep/Oct.

There has also been a huge increase in demand. People are buying more candles as they are spending more time at home. There are also many more hobbyists joining the candle making community and whatever raw materials become available are sold out in no time. Because of demand, lack of supplies and the current climate, raw materials have also drastically increased in price.

In regards to pricing I have no other alternative but to increase my prices. After 5 years of maintaining the same sales prices, and absorbing costs over time, I can no longer do this. As of the 1st October 2020 there will be an increase in some items. I hope you can understand this difficult decision.

So, during this time I hope you can be patient if something you want is not in stock. Also, due to higher demand shipping and handling is taking a little longer. At this stage once an order is placed it is taking approx. 4-5 days to be processed. Please also allow time for postage as this too is taking longer.
